Dr. Richter is a 21-year technology veteran with a distinguished career of inventing, developing and successfully taking to market highly innovative IT-based value-add services. Most recently at Mediaspectrum, Dr. Richter has served four years as Vice President of Solution Management and then as President, overseeing the company’s entire business strategy and operations which has reached over 100 successful implementations at some of the largest media and marketing companies by transaction volume in the world.

Prior to Mediaspectrum, Dr. Richter worked at SAP, focused on advancements in cross-platform advertising sales and publishing. His responsibilities encompassed everything from market analysis and technical visionary, to product design and realization, to market introduction and sales execution.

Adding to his resume, Dr. Richter holds a Masters in Pure Mathematics from the University of Nantes in France; a postgraduate fellowship from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, United States; and a German Ph.D. in Pure Mathematics from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany.
